I DID NOT PLAY SMART ON SHATTA MOVEMENT - XHILA ROY

Dancehall recording artiste Xhila Roy who otherwise is Known as "Gorilla The Alpha" took to the media to premier his new song titled I CARE.

A love song which was released on March 14th in digital stores. Many are those who have ticked the song to be  world class and are expecting to watch the video to the song as it will be available online from Monday the 1st of April.

In an interview on Ghana's renowned Zylofon FM 102.1 with Arnold(Host), he made it known that he has partnered with a Carribean based distribution label (Universal Stars/BraveHeart Records) who will be marketing his songs on the digital market in 2019.

He went further to disclose that he has a very good relation with Ghana's Dancehall King SHATTA WALE and that he had assistance from him to shoot the video for his new song "I CARE".

"I messaged Shatta and told him what my plans are for an EP i wanted to release and he gave me the number to his Photographer, Kwabena Awuku. I did not know he was good at shooting videos. We had a conversation afterwards and a date was fixed in November for the video Shoot and now it is ready" said Xhila Roy.

The host of the show quizzed him on whether he was playing smart on shatta movement when he associated to the SM.

"This Question would have come if i had said anything against Shatta Wale. He did something for me that i appreciated and that has "compelled" me to stick with Shatta Movement forever" - Roy answered

According to Roy , his affiliation to SM is based on the love he has for Shatta because of how generous he is.
