Jahmiel puts Vershon in the Grave with new Single "Never Drop Guard". In his response  to Vershon diss song "Guard Dog" Jahmiel kicks off the single with a few funeral staples like Coffin and Wreath, making it clear that the Strongest Soldier artist Jahmiel is putting the final nail in the coffin of this lyrical battle.
The single starts out with a slow grave sound as you hear Jahmiel warms up and immediately attack with a lyrical annihilation. Listen for yourself
Never Drop Guard

Vershon, THE IMMORTAL WARRIOR

Just as people thought jahmiel has hammered the final nail in his war with Vershon as he sang about coffin and wreath, his opponent has proven immortal since he still have too many to say. In jahmiel's "Never Drop Guard" song directed at vershon, he ended the verses with an outro saying " put more dirt pon him" which is a clear indication that there was a burial. In response to that, vershon went hard with another diss called "Power Drill" which is a follow up song to "Guard dog". According to version , Jahmiel has admitted he is a dog who guards Mavado's yaad (house). Looking at the number of songs released within the short duration since this lyrical war started, Many are those who have questioned whether the two artists are investing in quantity than quality.

Jahmiel calls Vershon a BABY DOLL

In the heat of the ongoing lyrical argument between the above mentioned names, a lot of claims have been made as a form of defense to prove their lyrical strength.

In vershon's last song (chihuahua), he went hard on Jahmiel saying women sits on his  face  while they "fart". According to him jahmiel has been going around telling selectors not to put his songs in their mixtapes. He went ahead to call jahmiel a Renta Dream and also a Gullyside Chihuahua (dog).

In response to Vershon, Jahmiel told him he used the wrong word (chihuahua) and that he jahmiel is rather a pitbull Bad Dog. To counteract the "fart" claims he said vershon used the word in his song because he speaks a lot of shi. On the renta dread claim, Miel said he is a bad ras not a renta dread.

The shots still continues  as Miel tells his opponent to get a hit song as he did with "Strongest Soldier".

'Ah nuh chihuahua ah me gun with the blue steel ah bark"

"Me nuh kno ah weh di fuc* di butter"..

"Memba seh butter go pon Popcaan after"
He dee jays..

WAR AGAIN [Vershon VS Jahmiel]

After the Mavado and Popcaan feud, there is no slowing down for Jamaican dancehall as two of it's promising talents throw jabs at each other.

Just recently Vershon released a song titled "Too Young" (Jahmiel & Alkaline diss) which talked about how he get girls easily without riches. Many believed the song to be a direct counteraction to Jahmiel's Song with Shenseeaa called "Tell me". Jahmiel gave a reply with a song titled "Too Dump" (Vershon diss) talking  about how he is rich and dont use "young" as an excuse.

As it is always done in dancehall, Vershon has sent a quick rebuttal with the name  "Chihuahua". In his latest song he threw countless jabs at Jahmiel changing his name to "NYAMIEL" and discloses how he intends to trim a couple of his locks to lace his clarks footwear.

A response to CHIHUAHUA (Renta Dread) from Jahmiel is expected in this lyrical war..

Revo Daily is still following up on this feud for more updates.

Droop Lion drops new single Have You Ever Seen The Rain

Ultra-talented Free People Entertainment recording artiste Droop Lion continues to revolutionize reggae music as he stays true to his pledge to “make Reggae great again”.
Armed with a destined-for-success 14-track album, Ideologies, the Rastafarian singer with the signature, soul-searing voice, is ready to rock the world with the release of Have You Ever Seen The Rain, the very first single from the album. March 15 has been designated as the official release date of a song which is sure to evoke memories for many and create a slew of new set for many more.
Have You Ever Seen the Rain is a cover version, but it is just not any cover, it is a time-honoured classic and in true Droop Lion fashion, the singer wholeheartedly embraces it, even as he meticulously strips away the over four decades since the song made its debut and passionately refreshes it with new life. Droop vocally claims this 1970’s hit as his very own, even though he stays true to the original lyrics and  pays tribute to the creators.
Have You Ever Seen the Rain was written by John Fogerty of roots rock group Creedence Clearwater Revival and released as a single in 1971 from the album Pendulum. It racked up many accolades and has sold over 25 million copies.
“This is truly a big song and has been one of my favourites from the very first time that I heard it,” Droop Lion confesses. “For me to do a cover of Have You Ever Seen the Rain is an honour and a pleasure. It is one of those songs that pose a powerful question and, in fact, it is more about life than it is about the weather. The word rain is really a metaphor for so many other things and therefore this song can have a different meaning for each person and at the same time there is also a universal interpretation,” he said reflectively.
Undoubtedly, Droop Lion,  delivers an impressive, reggae-inspired rendition of the rock band’s 1970's song which allows him to remain committed to his own personal musical ideology and identity. This singer, who emerged as one of the leading voices of a new reggae-soul movement, and who has never compromised in order to achieve success, again shows exactly why he has been chosen as the disciple who will put the word ‘great’ back in reggae music.
Have You Ever Seen The Rain the debut          single from, and the first song on  Droop Lion’s brilliant Ideologies album, will be released on March 15 and will also be available for download on digital platforms.
Droop Lion is determined to make Reggae great again and what better way to kickstart this meaningful and historic journey than with this classic song which is open to multiple interpretations: Have You Ever Seen The Rain?
